I would like to know any information about xilo.net, have a good reputation? customers can tell me if like to do I am interesting in a reseller plan. thanks.

I've spoken with Matt (owner of Xilo.Net) on many occasions over the past several years (we both used to be staff on the same IRC network) and I've always found him to be professional and courteous and knowledgeable. I can't really vouch for his actual product, but I can vouch for him personally as someone who has known him and talked with him at length about a variety of topics.

It is quite important to know how many of their servers they're monitoring. Knowing one server's uptime (good or bad) isn't of much relevance when the host has tens of them.

Maybe true but it does show that the network uptime is good.
