Posted by Peterk92, 09-17-2011, 06:31 AM Ok so I have a WHMCS setup on my website and I have setup WHMCS that many times that I have lost count so I'm not a rookie at it. But I had a client signed up onto one of my packages and I noticed he was not charged the correct amount. I looked at the packages and it looked fine, checked the promotions and they weren't affecting it. Basically; https://secure.pk-host.co.uk/cart.php Shows the SH-Lite package charging £2.50 and when you go further in to configure the product it says £2.50 per month so far so good. But then when you click update cart. It changes it to £1.50 per month and Subtotal: £0.50GBP Total Due Today: £0.50GBP Total Recurring: £1.50GBP Monthly This isn't rite, There are no promotions enabled during ordering. I first checked if I had accidently enabled pro-rota but I haven't I thought I have ticked a box or something but I have gone through the product settings and promotions etc and can't find anything. I need help! I am letting the customer who signed up keep it at the price he paid for as it wasn't his faulty but I need it sorted. Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing all this?
Posted by Peterk92, 09-17-2011, 06:55 AM Well I figured out what was causing it. On the order form I have a drop down box for choosing if a member of staff helped them on their way to ordering. I had set all options to -1 and for some reason it kept taking off the £1 now I have removed the configurable option. It works perfecto. Still confused as to why it done that but hey ho. CASE CLOSED
