I want to know if anybody can provide me a link to some tutorial which can help me to setup High Availability Windows server with Vmware.

Do you mean "just" HA ? or Fault Tolerance ? Basically you need to create a cluster and enable HA on that cluster. http://www.virtualizationadmin.com/a...lity-vmha.html http://www.vmware.com/pdf/vmware_ha_wp.pdf
