Is Hostnine down? I have been unable to access my sites for more than 5 hours now. Anyone else facing a similar problem?

Their website is currently up and have you tried contacting them?

I have tried visiting my website, cannot access it since morning. Can Pm you details of site. Since I was facing a problem intermittently for a long time, I had shifted my main site elsewhere. I have 30 domains still hosted there, if there is no response soon in 1 hour, I will shift elsewhere .

Still the server is down. Have moved some of my sites, will move more tomorrow if the problem continues. How long does it take to restore the data for a hard disk failure?

I am still a hobbyist reseller So all my clients are my friends and they have their online stores and the roll is no critical But now I am getting worried because there’s and outage that I suspect to be of several hours, and that quite annoying! I’m talking about 27 feb 17:00 GMT -5 to the posting of this thread 28 February 2008 11:00 GMT -5 Last ticket about outage appears “closed” but nobody has replied to it. Don’t remember the name of my server, but ip address is 74 – 200 – 203 – to for to When you mention “I’ll move my sites” do you refer to put the backup copy on another server and point the domains to that new address? What’s is the average time to do that?

What is your ticket number you opened? The server you are referring too has not been offline. However, we do have a firewall that block's IP addresses for failed attempts to connect to the server and your IP may have been blocked by that.

Oh I totally understand. If I was having issues with a server I would be looking for a solution as well. Feel free to PM me the ticket number or contact us directly at support@hostnine.com and we'll look into this for you right away.
