I was in the middle of uploading to my website when i couldn't get a connection. Does anyone have any information?

Loads here Aaron, I suspect the system they're using banned your connection. Probably for too many concurrent FTP connections, you'll have to get in touch with them.

I think it may be because i typed my email password in wrong too many times.

I haven't heard of e-mail password causing a complete ban, and if it died while you were uploading you should check your ftp log if you were using many concurrent connections (as David mentioned).

This issue was solved few hours ago, but I didn't checked this thread. Yes, that was the reason you were unable to access the account.

Moved to Network Outages and closed as the issue is solved.
