looking for hosts that offer livesupport for endusers

| HI,
I was looking at hostgator and reseller zoom for end user support.Just found out that reseller zoom does not offer "livesupport' on their advanced package.(only email support).
Can someone suggest any reseller host/package that offer "live support" for end users(in addition to Instant messenger services). I am willing to pay upto $25/month.
Also one other thing i noticed:
Host gator offers more like free billing system etc. Can someone run me thru a list of what hostgator offers which reseller zoom does not and vice versa and which are imp and not.

Very few reseller hosting companies provide 24x7 live chat support for end-users (most is email only which I personally believe is quite restricting).

| You wont find anything within your price range. Generally resellers are used to let the host pass over the support duties. You wont find many waiting hand over foot on a live chat script for you 24/7. You'll find the odd company offering end user email support, as this isn't as resource intensive, they can easily receive forwards and alerts from a resellers ticket system then act on it when they wish.
