hello,
I got this error when I try to ssh a centos 5 with cpanel vps (OpenVZ):
stdin: is not a tty
any help to fix that?

Login to LXAdmin, goto the server in question, and there should be a link around there called "Dev Fix", which will insert the correct /dev entry into the server, and allow you drop into ssh.

For all who reach this thread - common cause is also 'mesg y' in /etc/bashrc.
It can be changed globally in /etc/bashrc or you can exclude
a user from reading /etc/bashrc if the session is not interactive with something like
if [ $(expr index "$-" i) -ne 0 -a -f /etc/bashrc ]; then
. /etc/bashrc
fi
in user's ~/.bashrc
