Troubles with Hostnetway

Troubles troubles troubles
It started with the incompetence of the tech department being able to import my database using a simple mysql instruction I provided to paste into a ssh window. Then it moved to the php exploit that they didn't think existed. Over 3 days I had 3 open support tickets, emails to everyone including the owner and a post that disappeared on their site. I went as far as to take screenshots to supply to the tech department that insisted I was on a different server and there was nothing wrong. Finally I posted on their site that my previous thread had been delted and where my sites were being redirected to. It took a phone call after 3 days to get them to finally look at thing properly. No news post, no reply to my question if there would be compensation based on their guarantee. I was ignored.
At the same time, they switched their paypal account for an undisclosed reason and I tried to pay 5 days in advance of my billing due date to find that they did not accept from non US accounts. Back to the forums I go [post was deleted] plus opened support tickets and emails including to the owner. No response at all. It took a phone call on the day my fees were due for them to tell me theur decided to accept from non US accounts and I could go ahead and pay them.
yet again, less than a month later, I have another issue. They have billed me for the 12th [today] when my fees are due [and paid until] the 20th. I confirmed this through the paypal subscription I signed up for when I could finally pay my dues. Again, email to the billing department and owner go unanswered. Nothing said via the multiple msn messages I have left.
Each time I talk to the owner over the phone, i let him know this is no way to treat his customers. Deleting posts, not answering support tickets, not answering emails or msn. Today being the 12th and them billing me for today, my last hope of getting their attention is to post here and send them the link.
if you look at their forums, you will see users posting their exasperation for not getting answers on tech support and being ignore for days. Their "blazing support" is "no support at all"
There are no news posts, updates or responses to our posts or tickets. It looks like the captain bailed with the sinking ship.
If my account gets cancelled today [which is still paid for] I will certainly update you all. What seemed like a perfect solution with great customer service has turned out to be a nightmare from a resellers point of view.
Let's hope that a post here will actually get their attention. If not, HNW could be ready to fold.

Looks as if they updated that post this morning.
Take a look.

I don't think this is the way to get the companys attention. Further, claiming that they are "ready to fold" would make me believe you should simply move on. It's unfortunate that you had a bad experience, but if you aren't happy, move on. Otherwise, I would try to get in touch with them. It seems they have a toll free number on their site.

divided, maybe it's because you were shown to be lying in your post about them and that they were right to begin with.
