HOSTICAN outage?

Hi all! It's my first post in this forum, so hi to all! I have my seven web sites hosted at HOSTICAN.com since August 2007. I've had several outages since then and I have considered to change my hosting service many times. Today all websites are down, and I have no email or access to their website to understand what's wrong. Does anyone knows what's happening with HOSTICAN?? Thanks, - Patricia C.

Hi! This time it seemed to have been a problem with my ISP service. I couldn't see my website or my hosting site or have any access to FTP or email. This problem is now solved. As for the previous problems (hence my panic this time) I wasn't notified but they replied to my support ticket stating that they had installed a new CPANEL software that had been causing problems since. I had worked with PAIR NETWORKS previously and everytime they had to have some time offline they notified me with time. And they also had a page with all system notices regarding every problem that occurred and to what server. Thanks again, - Patricia C.
