Need help on pptp

| Hello,
I have an OpenVZ VPS with Ubuntu 10.04 minimal installed. I then installed the pptpd service using command

apt-install pptpd
=================
I try to connect to the server using Windows 7. I can connect it, but it always stuck in the login process... (verifying username & password).
Here are my chap-secret file
================================
root@neptune:~# cat /etc/ppp/chap-secrets
# Secrets for authentication using CHAP
# client server secret IP addresses
admin * 123 *
user * * *
root@neptune:~#
================================
I also have TUN/TAP module enabled on the VPS. Anyway, does TUN/TAP module also has to be enable in pptpd VPN the same as OpenVPN?
Any idea why does it always failed in the login process?
Any help are much appreciate...

| For more information check your pptp logs in file /var/log/syslog

Thanks Natcoweb... Finally I can find the issue on my pptp which is ppp device is not found..
I think I should ask my provider about this.
