It defienetly looks like you should read the reviews here. I just went through a few threads after doing a search and found some less then flattering comments about them.

I had use them when I worked for a company and we had problem with creating accounts in WHM with some domains (some were working but for whatever reason, some were not). I tried for about a week to get help via their support system but when you have a problem and they take more than 24 hours to answer... I do believe it's really too long. Web hosting is really competitve and loosing client because of that is not what you want! I must say that the price and the space/bandwith is what attracted us there... but when it's too good to be true.... you know... it's often too good to be true !!
