You need to use the Users and Groups snap in. What specific Windows OS? It's either under Computer Management or under Server Manager in Windows 2008
Try Googling: windows users groups

Right click My Computer, click Manage, open Local Users Groups, Click Groups, Find Administrators and double click it. Those users listed are in the Administrators group.

Type NET LOCALGROUP Administrators from the command prompt. That should list all the users under the administrators group.
Remember to disable "GUEST" account and rename the "Administrator" account for added security.

No doubts about it...It is disabled, but there is no harm in giving it a double-check
