Specifying different nameservers for a domain on my computer only?

I have a domain that I'm moving from one server to another, however I'd like to be able to access it on the new server before editing the general nameservers at my registrar. Is there any way that I can have my home Windows PC use a different set of nameservers than what the domain's actual nameserver settings are? For instance at my registrar the actual nameservers would be ns1.foreverybody.com and n2.foreverybody.com, but I'd like my home computer to use ns1.formeonly.com and ns2.formeonly.com as the nameservers.

Usually you can access the website via an IP (if its on its own IP address...)
