I just know they've been having a big problem with DDoS attacks lately, but I also know they've been taking preventive measures to stop that from happening in the future

only_linux, I'm not sure what you mean by this, as besides the DDoS attack we got in the past week, services have been up and running 100% solid since we switched to the GNAX datacenter. I guess it would also depend on when you signed up, as if you signed up during the attack, you would experience no service, but as of last week, your account(s) should be up and running. As said before, I do appologize for what had happen, and wish there was more we could do during this period, however not much could be done during a DDoS attack except monitor the IP's to block them which we had been doing. (With security measures, it automatically blocks the IP if there is a lot of the same IP attacking a domain, however all the IP's were different, so we didn't get a lot of these) Thank you.
