It looks like Exovian is MIA again. I was a customer for a short time and have been trying to cancel my account all week. I am not asking for a refund, just no further billing. Email to billing, no response. Opened a support ticket to billing, no response. Went to live help, they don't have access to billing. Suggested another support ticket. Opened a support ticket to support, no response. Sent an email to ben, no response. Posted a message on their forum asking about cancelling my account, it was deleted within 10 minutes. Somebody's there, but they aren't listening. Buyer Beware.... Larry

Have you tried calling them as they do have a phone number on the website it seems.

If the above doesn't work, go into their Live Chat and ask why nobody is responding to your tickets. Don't leave until you get an answer that satisfies you. If you've been trying all week and the two things above don't work, it might be time to contact your CC (I assume you didn't pay with PayPal since that's easy to cancel), and ask them to stop payments.

thx, phone didn't work, just recordings, but Live help might have. They say that they are working on it now. Guess I'll see before going to cc. thx again, Larry

We do apologize about the delay in the cancellation. We have already notified you of the cancellation. We have been having issues with the internal email from the helpdesk causing a delay in the email to our customer service representatives which has been resolved. We thank you for your patience.
