The site is loading very fast over here. A query for the nameservers of libyadomain.com don't return an answer. Are you sure you configured the dns options correctly to use the 3 servers you mentioned? Have a look at those DNS settings again, that would be my suggestion as the first step.

Works fine here. DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours. If you clear your local cache (and switch to alternate DNS provider such as OpenDNS if your ISP has yet to update) it will resolve for you too.

Well, unless something has changed I don't know what the above two comments are referring too... I can't resolve libyadomain.com at all even if I configure opendns as my nameserver and flush my local dns cache... I see you have your registrar pointed at ns ns1 and ns2.libyadomain.com. Do you have a nameserver running on these hostnames at all? Also when I add your IP address to my hosts file I still am not able to pull up the site so it looks like your web server is down even though I can ping your IP...

Looking at the DNS report (http://www.intodns.com/libyadomain.com) it seem either the DNS service is not running on your server OR you haven't added the domain at all. Are you sure the 'named' service is running on your server? If not, what error you receive? If yes, do you have any firewall blocking ports on your server?
