hostinglite or resellerzoom?

| Search on the forum, take you time, don't decide to fast. It's not simple to change the provider every week.
I'm also hosting on Resellerzoom.

| I am looking to switch provider since I am having FTP problems on Resellerzoom, are you experiecing this too?

| I hope you have submitted a support ticket. They are pretty fast at resolving issues. I'm with hostingzoom (parent company of resellerzoom) and am very pleased with them so far.

| I have been with support online chat for a total of 45 minutes abouts and they have been unable to identify the issue. They have said I should contact my ISP regarding this but I don't see a problem with my ISP as I have been able to upload with zero problems to my other hosts......
I will see how this continues and if it fails again I will have to move elsewhere, which sucks because I was really loving RZ support staff.

| I just sent email to sales and received answer back, NOT AUTOMATED ANSWER, within.... maximum 3 minutes. And i wrote some text over there.
I like RZ as far as i see, even if im not a client, yet.

| ResellerZoom is great, their staff are very friendly and supportive. The longest they have taken to reply to me is about 10 minutes or less and their live online chat is available 24/7 and are willing to answer and solve all your inquiries.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for a budget reseller company, the only downside is the FTP problems that I am having which I am not sure if it's a problem from their or my side...despite that, their system administrator contacted me personally and has been emailing back and forth with me to address this issue, which for the price, is way beyond what you'd expect from a reseller company.

| I was with HostingLite before, but they had too many downtimes. So I switched to someone better but more expensive. I think Hostinglite have been acquired by another hosting company now.
