Which version of php does your host run on your account? 4 or 5?

the 5 version. three are still some blogs on the host which are powered by wordpress.

What sort of plugins are you using in it? Does the list "Top 15 of 70 Total User Agents" means that the access to your blog is high or you're website is accessing something else, which is causing hits to other websites?

try to change theme (template) on your blog and see if it helps.

Also have a check at the database queries from your blog.

Excuse me, but in webalizer you can see only the stats of your own website. Not other websites hosted in the same server.

Try to use w3 total cache plugin and see if its helps.

i have changed it once, but no effect.

What effect are you waiting to see? Only your host provider can tell you if you use many resources or not.

As far as I understand the All in One SEO Pack may consume quite some resources. Do try to disable it and also install the WP-SuperCache plugin and see whether it helps to lower down your resource usages.

WP Super cache should bring in a noticeable change and offload the CPU.

nginx + apache + super cache would he really great in this situation
