Fastest Support?

I'm looking for a high quality reseller account. Price isn't too important as long as its under $50. The main problem is I need excellent support, < 20 mins if possible. Please mention any companies you would recommend and leave their site URL. Thanks in advance.

HostingZoom/ResellerZoom have an excellent support. I've got replies in less than 10 minutes most of the times. They also have a good website uptime. I have only one complaint: I'm having problems to send and receive e-mails (SMTP and POP3 down) lately.

Micfo.com has a 15-25 minute gaurentee, kind of interesting. Look around the forum at some reviews, there are lots of hosts who can give you answers within the 20 minute mark.

Bluewho has a reputation for being very fast with their responses. I've had forum replies from them in two minutes. I can't give you an average but I don't remember the last time I had to wait for more than ten minutes.

Also, I should have included this in my last post: You should checkout a ServInt VPS: http://www.servint.net/vps because their NOC usually replys in 2 minutes with small issues and 10 minutes on larger issues. The NOC there is superb. I understand that you are looking for a reseller but the VPS seems to be a great idea too as you can do everything you can do with a reseller with a VPS.

Most offers live chat support, but for technical ticketing, i dont think if they have staff there all day long

I think the best and fastest support is PowerVPS not more than 10 minutes (in my experience).

I have a reseller account with Site5 and support tickets are normally handled in less than 15 minutes.

Certainly look into www.RSHosting.com, I get some responses as fast as 3 minutes, yes three, and no problems at all with the server. They truly care about their customers.
