I had a reseller Account with Zonerhosting quite for a while. A few days ago, I realized that the page from them and the mail servers crashed. While my servers with them still were working. last night than also all my domains and mailservers were gone. I tried to contact them for the last few days. all emails came back. Luckely I had a feeling and backed up all my accounts and registered new with varhosting. Does anyone knows what happend to Zonerhosting.com? Actually I liked there service and was very satisfied with them?

actually yes, and the emails are not bouncing back either. The last 4 days zonerhosting was off and all emails bounced back. than the last 24 hours all my clients pages were off. I Hope they resolved their problems.

Hmm. Just saw this post. As stated earlier, We moved to a new a new facility. We email all clients 2 weeks before telling them about the move. The emails sent to you were bounced back. Also the reason your clients pages went offline was due to that nameservers were changed. Just wondering why you never posted a follow up?

Jeffrey, sorry for that. I've forgot to follow up, as I was to busy keeping this offline situation away from my clients. My concern only were, that I did't know what happend, and all emails I sent bonced back too. And you know, we hear everyday about stories, where the webhost shuts down, and people are sitting there, lost their datas and webpages. So for all, Zonerhosting is back online, my email didn't worked too either. And I'm very satisfied with Zonerhosting, that I'm allready thinking of upgrading. Very good and fast service.
