I'm looking to be a reseller for a good host on the east coast. I currently resell for a west coast company, but since my clients are east coast, there seems to be a ton of email problems (timeouts, etc.) and the time difference sometimes gets in the way. I would like a host that has excellent response time when there are issues. I don't want to wait on hold when I call and I expect a timely response to support tickets and the like. Finally, they should have reliable erquipment, easy to use administration software, and quality server software as well (possibly including blogging software such as moveable type but this is not required). With that said I await your suggestions. Thanks in advance for your help. bloome

There are a lot of good east coast hosts. I would suggest using HostQuote at the top of the site. You can also check the offers forum. It's funny, most of my hosts that I used to have reseller accounts with were in the West. Maybe the problems you are having are more your host and not the location.
