STAY AWAY from them. There is no such thing as 10.000 targeted visitors for $25. Have you ever joined a free advertising system, where you have to surf and visit other people sites so that you can earn CREDITS. The more credits you have the more visitors they will send you. Your website will be shown 10.000 times to people how are not intrested in what you have but in making more credits. Your webstat will show you that you have been visited 10.000 times but don't expect to make any clients my friend. Its a sick system that is run by sick people. 98% of internet surfers use SEARCH ENGINES when they want information or look for a product or service. 80% of the 98% use google and the 18% left use yahoo and other search engines. So you need to optimize your website and then list it in Google, yahoo and other major search engines and wait my friend I get 200 targeted visitors a day from google, yahoo and link partners and I never pay for advertising. Be smart and stay away from anything that is TOO good to be true. Good Luck

Unfortunately I have to agree. Sounded good - I got 10,000 visitors from one of the companies you mentioned and didn't get 1 sale.

Samer, If your just starting out there is 2 things you should do to start marketing your site that will be your best return on investment. 1. Attend a local networking groups meeting. If there is more then one in your area go to them all. You'll find that many of the soho market is there and they need your services. Most of them have never met their host, why not be the first. There should be a BNI, Chamber of Commerce and ToastMasters in your area. 2. Get business cards and make a weekly quota for yourself to hand them out each week. Start off with 20 and when you find that start to be easy move up 10 at a time. Honestly just buying traffic does not equal sales. There is a possibility to make sales but honestly you would get a higer return on investment with my above suggestions. senaia, You don't know me nor anything about our company. Keep your slanderous comments to yourself. Last edited by BF-Gary; 07-19-2004 at 11:30 PM.

Obviously you are using it wrong. You use that mass traffic to boost your alexa rating and move you up on search engines a little. Sales come from referralls and providing good service not just cramming your image down everyone's throat.

I know the owner of targetedvisitors.info and you'll get quality legitimate traffic from them. Many of those traffic systems are scams, but I can vouch for targetedvisitors.info

unique visitors Individuals who have visited a Web site (or network) at least once in a fixed time frame, typically a 30 day period. Software that tracks and counts Web site traffic can distinguish between visitors who only visit the site once and unique visitors who return to the site. Different from a site's hits or page views -- which are measured by the number of files that are requested from a site -- unique visitors are measured according to their unique IP addresses, which are like online fingerprints, and unique visitors are counted only once no matter how many times they visit the site. Targeted Traffic Visitors that are interested in what you offer, statistics say's that usually one of 100 targeted visitors will buy your product or service. Many web sites try to get as much traffic as possible - as many visitors as possible. But why? If you're selling products and/or services, what you need is targeted traffic. No need trying to sell to people that aren't interested in what you offer in the first place. And you come and guarantee me for $50 10000 unique visitors which are also TARGETED TRAFFIC.(interested in my product) I mean this is way too good to be ture. Why not buy from your self and send 10000 to every website you have

The best way is to pay the search engines to add your url and then put you money right here on WHT  also put your ad in a newsletter of a well know company on the net like webposition

Used http://www.targetedvisitors.info. I did recieve the amount traffic order however, 99.9% of their traffic will sit at our main webpage they never click through the other links / packages. For 25$ you can use it to purchase other things such as business card and possibly just getting yourself into a local newspaper.

ok thanks Yummi to letting me know that.

Same thing here, they don’t click through to any other page. We ordered 10,000 visitors and not even one new sign up... hmmmm. Bottom line…it didn’t work for us.

Them 10.000 targeted visitors may come and visit your site but it'll cost you probably more to cover the bandwidth that they use than it would to spend money on REAL advertising. Them links won't get you anywhere and will only cause you annoyance.

Dan, So, do you mean if I pay around $1.95 you can give me 1000 unique visitors? (untargetted) Am I right? Please confirm. Can you at least give me an idea the common profile of these visitors? Thank you very much.

Posted by BF-Gary, 08-08-2004, 05:39 AM
The common profile is that they are surfing the internet.
