please check my.cnf

my server get over load when many user online at my sites there are alot of mysql connection and mysql table are optimized already such as indexes etc and could some one check mysql my.cnf is ok or not please ? i have 3 gb ram
here is server information

You can check the mysql queries that is been accessed the most when the server load average is high
Also execute the 'top' command at the same time and forward us the output.
Do your website becomes inaccessible/slow when such a problem occurs OR is it just that the server load average that is worrying you? And btw, what is the constant server load average?
