Is there any IP limitation for Cpanel server?

Can I put 300 dedicated IPs in a single Cpanel server?

Its not the cpanel which dictates the limitation but the Linux, there is no such limitation in IPv4 for linux but adding more IP address will consume memory.

I'm looking around that is the max IP address that Win 2008 x64 can handle...Would you be able to tell me right away?

There is no such limit set in Windows 2008 but it depends on the hardware configuration.

I will be hosting 300 domains with 300 dedicated IPs on a dual xeon 5504 with 16GB DDR3 ECC, it shall be good enough? I'm sure this server can take 300 domains w/o sweat but not sure how much resources the extra IPs will take

The hardware is fine and you can go ahead with it.
