solidrack resellers?

Hi, I was wondering if anybody here uses solidrack reseller accounts? What can you tell about the performance of the servers, quality of support and network?

thanks, I did use the search but couldn't find any info about their reseller accounts. I know that they are very good with dedicated servers though.

I believe they are relatively new to the reseller hosting arena, as their website states their webhosting department opened its doors in April 2004? I think the quality of servers, support and network shouldn't be much different from their dedicated offerings. Try their forums to see what their users think of them. You might get a pretty good idea from the 'mood' things are in, there

Hi everyone, In April 2004 we actually re-opened our webhosting department. Our webhosting department exists since August 2001, however early this year, we went through a whole lot of changes in administration. This initially started in 2003, with the name change to SolidRack. During the maintenance we had closed our webhosting department to solely focus on the dedicated market. In April 2004 this was re-opened again. Soon we will also launch some other services (VDS for instance), but that will be announced later on. If you need any evidence of the existance of our webhosting department before April 2004, please do a search on my name, you'll see a lot of posts ranging back to 2002 (when we joined wht).
