WHMAP problem

Hi,
I have a problem and no one in support of hostgator can help me.. they say they dunno how to solve this problem ..
When I creat account on autopilot it doesn't appeare on WHM .. why? how to solve this problem ?

contact whmap support!
it must be an issue with the way your account is setup on hostgator tho!

Make sure your remote key is set up correctly.

Make sure the WHM package name is simple and has no spaces in it.
Good Example: yourdomain_packone
Bad Example: yourdomain_pack one

Check to see that you are not setting up a whmap hosting plan with addons your reseller account does not come with.
Such as addon domains and parked domains. If your reseller account does not include the ability to create addon and parked domains then you must put 0 in Addon Domains and 0 in Parked Domains when creating the whmap plan and also in whm.

your packages in WHMap must match exactally what you have entered in Autopilot. if there are any differences at all things will not set up. A suggest monitering the forums
