Hail to Blue Who for Going the "Extra Mile"

Hi all, I've been with BlueWho for about a month now, and they are awesome. Their support is extremely rapid and personable. I've emailed them a few times with questions, and they have always responded IMMEDIATELY - and with a pertinent answer. Today I had a problem with an opensource software that I was trying to install. I combed the forums of the open source software site, and couldn't find an answer. So out of desperation I wrote Adrian at BlueWho. I thought that perhaps there was something wrong with the server or something. Well there was nothing wrong with the server or anything on BlueWho's end. It was my stupidity. The problem had to do with how I set things up. Adrian was super cool. He explained to me how to fix the problem, and now I'm up and running. The best part is that the help that he provided was above and beyond any technical support that I would expect from a host, Also he didn't make me feel stupid for asking "dumb" questions. Another vote for BlueWho!

Adrian is great hes always gone the extra mile for us and everyone else Ive ever talked to and I think Im finally getting over my space provider PTSD

Adrian scares me - he is on ALL the time! He seems very open with his pre-sales questions, and when I thought I was going to have to move my account from my current provider, they would have been my first port of call. Keep it up

Actually, Laci and I have been taking shifts to try and catch Adrian out. We can confirm he hasnt slept in 18 days straight

I totally agree! Adrian even helped me transfer my BlueWho account from them to my new Dedicated server! :O, amazing what Adrian does to give blueWho a great reputation! Regards, James Parmee Morris

I've been with Bluewho for about a month too and all I can tell about their services is: wow and wow!!!!!!! Adrian always reply my questions fast (even past Christmas Day at 14.00 h!). I know it's soon to judge their work, but at the moment, Bluewho is the best hosting service I never used before (and I used about 5 hosting services). My congrats to Adrian and Bluewho.

Likewise, I've had a very positive experience with Bluewho after moving to them about 6 weeks ago. I suffered severe uptime issues with my previous host, and not the friendliest support in the world either. After moving to Bluewho, Adrian transferred all my sites across for me and has always been quick and friendly when contacted.

Bluewho certainly seems to have carved themselves a niche in the market, once again proving my theory: There is always room in ANY market for a good service with FANATICAL support. Customers just want to be treated like you would want to be treated. Do so and there is no limit to your potential growth. Best Regards, Darrell

LOL yuh I picture Adrian lookin something like this hes honest Ive never seen or had him loose his temper , and Im enough to make most loose their temper with my hosting related PTSD lol and in a pinch theres no one in the hosting world Id rather have on my side . my only bugaboo is he wont tell what the heck a BlueWho is

Just thought that I would post an update on my experience with BlueWho. I've been with them for about 7 months now and am STILL extremley happy. They have been awesome. Move new site for me. Answer all of my quesitons. And if there is ever a problem they fix it right away. No, I'm not a buddy of Adrian's. I'm just posting here 'cause I want to help others. Also I want BlueWho to succeed so that I don't ever have to get another reselling account.

I have been with them for 8 months and I agree 110%... BlueWho is a wonderfuly company and a great team... I am very happy and I would not change a thing

Fully agreed . I've been with them for 11 months, and haven't had a single problem. Honest and friendly support is what I've been receiving all the time. GDO

I have been with Bluewho since the end of March 2004. I almost did not go with them because I could not find a single negative review about them. It seemed too good to be true. However, after about 4 months with them, I can honestly say that they have exceeded my expectations in every way, from server speed and stability to great support. The thing that really sets them apart is that they will go above and beyond to assist their customers when they can. I too have had problems with scripts and the Bluewho team took a look and pointed out my mistake and even provided alternate solutions. Most support tickets submittied to their help desk or forum are responded to in minutes! The longest I have had to wait is about 30 minutes, and usually the answers are much quicker. You will notice that I used the word "answer" and not reply because to me their is a big difference. If I had to be critical of one point, it would have to be that once you go with Bluewho you tend to get spoiled and expect the same level of service everwhere in life! I was complaining about DDI (my windows hosting). I am with Bluewho for my unix hosting and I totally agree they are one of the best for sure ( I can't say that they are the best cuz I did not try every other hosts ). - Great speed - Great price - Excellent support - Great everything Well.....I am talking about bluewho ! (If only they could have windows servers..... )
