Cannot contact host, advice?

I have a reseller account at Lucid-Hosting dot com. And it's been excellent until today. When I found out that every site I am running and hosting has had it's databases wiped and I can't add them anymore. The whole database part seems to be broken. Since this is pretty major, I decided to try the help desk, but their PerlDesk is down. So I tried e-mailing and the e-mails are bounced back from whichever address I try to send them too. So I'm at a loss of what to do now, I was wondering if anyone had any advice of what I could do. I'm sure nobody can afford to have their sites down. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. Don't worry, the problem that likely caused this is a crashed MySQL server. It will appear in cPanel as all of the databases being completely wiped out, but that is because cPanel can't connect to MySQL to get the list. Wait a bit for your host to rectify the problem and I think you should be alright. It should just take a server reboot if they can't restart the MySQL service manually.

I hope so, but I'm still unable to get hold of my host. It's still down, nobody is online, so I'm sort of worried. With any luck it'll just be like you said and be a simple reboot.

It's been fixed now. I have no idea what it was though. They claimed there wasn't anything was wrong with the databse side of things and just said that the help desk was down. Sounds a bit dodge. But I'm not complaining, I have everything back now.
