Is any one with internethosting.cc what kind of this company. They have good reseller plans. what abour support, uptime gurantee

now a days all companies have good service, since there are only a few that control the servers.......the only thing that you need to worry about is the marketing

I not think so that all companies have good services. There are lot of companies which not have good support and uptime. Sorry I not understand "the only thing that you need to worry about is the marketing"? what you mean?

InternetHosting.CC is an amazing company. I actually signed up for a reseller account. Within a few months I had to get another account then eventually my own servers. I'd like to make one thing clear, I dont have anything to gain from this post BUT I believe that good customer service should be rewarded. And they have GREAT customer support. Tim has especially kind and supportive during any or all or our problems (which have been few and far between). Their costs are outstanding and their support is unrivaled. What more can you ask for. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Salman

That couldn't be farther from the truth. There are thousands of different companies that control different servers. Many of them are terrible companies, with terrible service and terrible support. I'm not saying internethosting.cc is one of these companies though.

I would just like anyone with questions about Internethosting.CC to know that we are MORE then happy to answer any questions you may have. I know that some questions are better left to our clients to answer, and we don't want to interfere with that. We are willing to answer any questions about our company. They can be asked either by this forum, our site, or PM. Please do not post sales related questions since I think that is against the rules of webhostingtalk.com. Though I didn't want to jump in the middle of this topic, I did want everyone to know our door is open for questions. zmoz, I do agree with you. There is more and more companies (and hobbyists) out there controlling their own servers, especially now that dedicated server costs have come down. The problem for hosting companies is the bad experiences nearly everyone has had at one time or another. Just like any other type of business, anyone can open a web hosting company. The real difference between each company is level of customer service. If clients are 'wowed' by the service they receive, all else will follow. Oh well, Everyone have a great weekend! I have been hosting in association with Internethosting.cc for almost 8 months now. I started out with a reseller with them in late November, then moved to dedicated in January. Then, Tim helped me move my server to TP in March (still with IHCC, but at the new DC). The service has always been excellent, even during times of distress (Like when the owner had a close family member in a car acccident.). Tim made it super easy to go from reseller to dedicated. They have a customer for life --- or a good portion of it.
