disable htaccess with other htaccess

Hey, I have .htaccess in /home/user/public_html/site/.htaccess and I wave another .htaccess in /home/user/public_html/site/test/.htaccess. How could I disable the first htaccess via the 2nd one. Basically, I need to tell htaccess in /test dir to ignore the htaccess in /site dir Thanks

The concept of htaccess is that it will override configuration in the sub-directories and not not upwards. You cannot disable htaccess via another htaccess. You can can do that from VH section in httpd.conf file.

That`s right what david510 said.There is no way to disable htaccess via another.
