Apache gives php pages to download

I reainstalled apache, now if i go php page, all browsers want to download file. Am i missing some module or something? Firefox says file is type application/x-httpd-php

You have to install php and the apropriate module to have apache understand php files. What is your OS and how did you reinstall apache? Do you have a control panel?

Php is installed. I use webmin. I uninstalled apache via apt-get, then reinstalled it. But it was missing some config files. Then i purged it like this: Founded that from web, some userr had similar problem. Using Debian Lenny

Argghh, noo, my fault. this was missing apt-get install libapache2-mod-php5 php5-cli php5-common php5-cgi
