Apache problem might interest experts to take a crack?

So this is the amazing thing that I would like to do but have no idea how to proceed other than to use the mod_rewrite module because I want a fairly complex setup. 1) I would like Apache with mod_rewrite and mod_proxy on the main domain so that the main domain will have access to these needed for functioning. Something like this in the http.conf: 2) I want to know, can I add in a link in this that if any other site other than my own wants to access this /images folder to send it a timeout code? Maybe it could pass the proxy to an forbidden ip address or a local address so that it knows there is nothing there? 3) Then on the sub-domain I want it to only be accessible by the parent domain. I don't know if this is best achieved by the mod_rewrite or the allow, deny but since it will be all static images would it be best to have it lighttpd instead of Apache? There are many questions, so If you know something about just one your input would be greatly appreciated. Please advise.
