Reseller Package w Fast Connection & Tech Support

I've browsed this forum for about 2 hours now, and it really interesting, learned a lot from your posts, thank you. I would like to find the host that offers the following: 1) Fast speed for access both from USA and Europe (especially UK and Russia) 2) Has VERY good customer support 24/7 and can provide technical support directly to my customers, bypassing me. 3) Provides discounted domain names (so I can register them on behalf of my customers). 4) The price is not so important, the quality is the main thing. I would like it to be very realiable (99.99999% uptime) and have a versatile control panel. Last, I'm not an expert in web hosting, so it would be nice if it doesn't require specific technical skills to run. I'm currently considering voxtreme.com and fasturl.net and reseller-center.com are these what I need, or you know some others? Thank you!

Number 2 might be hard to find... It sounds like you want another company to run the business for you.

No, I don't want another company to run business for me. What I want is something like this: - A customer sends a mail to my support e-mail, - it gets forwarded to the original hosting provider. - he replies to the customer and a copy of his reply is sent back to me -when i see what reply was sent, i may decide to send another reply to my customer, or not, if his issue was resolved. I think it's quite a good way of doing business: everybody does what he can do best -- I can promote the hosting services and find clients, and professional hosters answer all technical support requests.

You may be looking for more of a branded affiliate program. http://www.resellerspanel.com That sounds similar to what you'd need...

Number 2 is going to be tough. We offer support in Russian and a couple of other languages but if you brought over 500 websites you might cover the cost of the hosting but the hosting package wouldn't cover the cost of supporting 500 clients. What you might look at doing is have the site hosted and then find an outsourced support or you might look at paying the host for the added support. Very few host are going to want and to support your clients as part of the basic hosting package.

HostOrange says they offer customer support directly to my clients. But I'm not very happy that their servers are located in Belgium only. Does anybody know if it affects connection speed in any way for my USA clients?

Your going to have to find a programmer to make a script that can do what your asking. That's going to cost on top of extra payments for your host. I'm sure their not going to want to answer your emails for you for free.

Programmer won't be needed -- we have our own programmers. It is not going to cost anything to anyone, because this should be a part of the reseller service. Needless to say, such a script will be a two-line solution. We do not charge anything beyond what we have put on our site as costs. We do support our reseller's clients by default and we treat them as our own clients. It's quite simple really - when the reseller and his customers are happy, this is good for us.
