There are alot of tools now-a-days on the internet that allows you to determine if your range of IPs are blacklisted

or u can code your own tool for example would be easy to code one in vb.net or something to check all of your ips on the site that is posted above

http://network-tools.com/ doesn't seem to provide an automated method. I assumed the OP wanted something that would automatically check every so often. If you want to manually scan I always use http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx A few of the lists are worthless since they are simply international racketeering firms out to get money from mailers. Any mailer knows who they are.

Sure, and then get banned for abuse. The two choices that work are to write the software to query the lists properly or pay someone who has the code already. One takes work, the other takes money.

Check out DNSStuff.com. They offer this service.

They don't provide automated method but what am saying is you can make a tool (something like those account checkers that hackers make) but instead of accounts to check the list of ips on above site or on some other site if that one doesn't allow to many queries. It would work like take ip from list, check it on server and parse response for every ip in the list.that is not hard to code
