Hllmedia - Unacceptable Situation

Let's explain exactly how this happened so everyone can have a clear look of the way we feel right now... We have been working hard in webhosting business; since our first server was not available for more accounts, we started using 1 hllmedia and 1 dathorn reseller accounts! This was only temporary; until we co-locate another server! Since now things are moving the way we planed, we moved all our resold accounts from hllmedia to dathorn, being our website the last to be moved. Now hllmedia has totally impressed us changing our OWN website to this (attachment) How can this be possible??? How and WHY is our website changed to "publicit" hllmedia? Are we paying banners and advertisment so people get to know hllmedia??? The worse part of this all is that we where warned by some of our clients!! What are we suposed to say to them? After 30 minutes of sendind a trouble ticket, we are answered that we might have a 'problem with our account at the server' (I can see that my friend) and that they 'forwarded our query to the respective department' ... I notice their hurry in this matter, since they pointed 'We will get back to you at the earliest' ... Now just so it's noticed, hllmedia had never let us down, and had great support... Nothing like this ever hapened! Never were we let down before, specially like this, but once we did; WE SURE DID!!! For hllmedia staff: we do not intent to defame hllmedia's services, but this situation is absolutely not acceptable; there are visits, possible new clients, and support needing clients that are seing that webpage! How are we suposed to feel right now? Attached Thumbnails

That was an incredibly unproffesional thing to do on their part, looking forward to their response (if any). Its odd how many companys dont see farther then 1 client. They think 'Gee, i can fsk with this person and nothing bad will happen. Hell, their already leaving!'. Sheesh. Btw your site is gourgious i love it!

Honestly, how did that happen? Did they ever come back to you with an explanation as to what happened? Only time I remember that happening was from a company that displayed "account not paid for" on all of my resold accounts because their billing department was messed up. They did not care, even though they pointed out they were wrong. They just said it won't happen again, .... It happened 2 times in 1 month. Sadly, I did not know this site was here at the time. Btw, I think your site is gorgeous too!

The site is working now. According to the followups on the TroubleTicket I sent where merely 'taking care of this, solving that' ... they didn't said what happened, so I asked, and the answer was: Something doesn't tick, since mine was the only site affected by this ... What I didn't really enjoy was the fact that someone really messed up somewhere, creating a new account or something! The IP of the website has always been the same, so there is no chance the DNS servers where desynchronized ... I also thought the website never looked better, but I like it a little bit more when it has my company name on it ...

Lol, we saw your orginal site, thats the one we are commenting on... And yeah, they aren't feshing up to what happened. I hate that, I don't think we'd mind so much if they would just tell the truth, especially while it is happening, not after the fact.

Liam 2000, Actually only half of your story is true.. With a shared ip address it possible to have another site show up under your name. If a DNS error occurs and the primary site for that ip shows up instead.. Had it happen with my own account before.. Except in my case it was site giving out recipes... Server admin corrected the isssue and my site came back...

He had a reseller account, therefore he would be on a dedicated IP
