You can use SAS drives, if you plug SAS-supported card into it, I believe. Otherwise, with default hardware, SATA/IDE only please

Hmmm. A SAS card would probably put me over budget. This drive will fit into a SATA backplane, right?http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822136280
Would I see similar performance if I RAID stripe 3 or 4 of these, instead of RAID striping 2 SAS 10k drives?
