Revecom use

I have just started to use revecom as my payment service. I was wondering on others experience with customers adding on additional services. I was told by Revecom that I would have to email them with the order number in order for the customer to not have 2 charges every month. This just sounds like it would leave alot of room for error. I am sure someone has to be using Revecom with a reseller program and would have knowledge of this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am wandering the exact same thing. We have been using Revecom for a while now and we are ready to launch a reseller program, but we have been thinking how to handle payments. Asking a reseller to go and pay again on his own every 30 days would be a big issue. Any ideas please?

Nelson: I spoke with a person from Revecom and they told me that they can modify the amounts for recurring transactions. This is going to be a pain, but I guess will be the only solution to the problem. I guess in the end if we want to have resellers we will have to get a merchant account.
