Im with VS Hosting and all my sites have been down all day and i think all night is there a way to check how long my site have been down. Maybe its just be but i doubt it can someone check Blakicedesignstudio.com, hydeparktoday.com and aceitcoaching.org. I just signed up 2 clients and they called me today saying their email isnt working so i go to investigate and my site as well as theirs is down and they tell me they havent gotten email since last around noon yesterday. Im reallypissed i opened a sevice ticket at noon today and nothing, do i need to start looking for a new reseller host. any suggestions

Unfortunately thats why I jumped ship a few months back - hoped that they would get a lot better after the sale but looking at the reports here and with the people I chat with on MSN, it doesn't look that way. Thats why me and a couple of other ex-VSH customers clubbed together to get a server sorted on which we now sit quite happily. Hope they get it sorted for you soon! Ry

It's sad, as it used to be such a great company. But it seems it's just a matter of time before one problem or another comes along, and their lack of communication makes it intollerable. There used to be a really good community there, I hope everyone manages to get through this without losing too many accounts, and finds some stability.
