I see kernel source rpm in the repo online, but when its enabled through yum I cant?

I can't seem to find the proper kernel devel package and had to resort to finding and installing the actual RPM. If you go to http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pu.../source/SRPMS/ you can see the kernel source rpm kernel-2.6.25-14.fc9.src.rpm. Doing a yum list and greping for it yields me nothing. What am I doing wrong?

greping for it yields me nothing. What am I doing wrong? Check whether "kernel" is in the exclude list of yum.
