It is very simple to add/remove clients via SSH. Try to google "How to configure OpenVPN".

If you really a client management for your openvpn you should make one than finding one. There are allot of control panels that you can use for your openvpn user database but for me i created which give me more power over my data.

I use my own control panel using php and my openvpn authentication is queried from mysql database so it's easier to handle data with php. But regarding my script security i'm sure since I made it so that only me and my clients can access the panel and manage their account. But you can use other premade php script and modify it by adding your own features. Although I tried modifying other script but didn't work out for me which lead me with my own.

I agree with this that you CAN use a made script already that is opensource or if you get permission from them to edit and modify the script this can be a easy task to do and creative one to.
