Dedicated server a bit slow

| Hello,
I would like some help.
My dedicated server starts to be a bit too slow.
But on Munin it seems just fine.
Can someone have a look and tell me if it's OK or not, and what can i do to solve this problem ?

| What is the kernel version? Have you tried to clean /boot .

| Can you define slow? Does SSH sessions appear laggy, download speeds are slow, websites take too long to load, etc?
(The munin link doesn't work...)

| I had a similar issue but generally a reboot solved it.
I switched service providor and now have no issues. Could be their end?
