I can't access their site or the site I host with them. Anyone know what the problem is? Thanks.

Seems like they're down. Have you tried contacting them? Also how long has it been down, if not long I'd say give them some time as they''re probably trying to fix the issue.

They've been down for over 24 hours straight. I can't file a ticket and any email I send them they won't be able to read until they get back online.

yep, been down for me too, almost 2 days straight.
