15.95 per month - I think you will struggle to find anything much cheaper, but there could be some out there. WHMCS is a very feature rich system, the support is excellent and I would recommend it. We looked at some others but they were all more money

Agreed. I highly recommend WHMCS

WHMCS, ClientExec and Blesta are the main ones that WHT members recommend

I would recommend WHMCS. If you need to start out with free then you could try http://www.netenberg.com/accountlabplus.php which is usually included in the Softaculous or Fantastico auto-installers.

We use WHMCS, and highly recommend, you can actually get it cheaper than the $15/mo, check out http://www.licensepal.com/products/whmcs.php It's $12.95/mo, really good deal. -j

Although WHMCS will cost you some penny but you will get what you have paid for.

Have you considered Ubersmith?

Support is excellent? No, not at all. My clients use WHMCS - rather than contacting WHMCS's support department for the occasional issue/question, they come to me. These clients don't like waiting ~24 hours for an initial response in what could be an emergency.

ClientExec is also good, but for the price WHMCS is definitely the way to go, it's only $12.95/month from LicensePal.

I generally get responses within 2 to 3 hours - I've never had to wait 24 hours for an issue (even in the end-client support queue)... For a software vendor WHMCS definitely has one of the better support departments... I can think of other software vendors where you could wait 3~7+ days for a response.

All of my clientele usa WHMCS, I prefer it over hostbill and others

Whmcs has it's limitations, and to be honest I don't really like it. It does work well enough, and a lot of people use it for a good reason. It's reasonably priced and there isn't anything a lot better out there for the money. I like ubersmith, but it's not really targeting the same market / type of customer, and it prices a lot more.
