Link Checker Script

I'm looking for a script that can query websites based on a MySql table and check to see if they have a link back to my site. Does anyone know of a script that can do this? Maybe be ran as a cronjob? Thanks

We use LinkAssistant from Seo power suite. They have some good sales throughout the year where you can get a good discount on their software.

Try linkex program (written with php i thing) has many features and is free.
