Hello friends, Just came across a post so is this the .htacess code that wud change all my .php files to more friendly url if yes where shld i keep my .htaccess file on my server

Um...I think you forgot to post the contents of the file... Anyway, if you want this to be applied site-wide, you should put the .htaccess file in your DocumentRoot ($_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'], if you're not sure).
