When someone sends an email to you, do they receive any sort of bounceback? Also, are you checking the maillogs to find out why mail is being rejected? What mailserver are you running?

No bounceback or anything. Manual Settings Mail Server Username: enquiries+domain.com.au Incoming Mail Server: mail.domain.com.au Outgoing Mail Server: mail.domain.com.au (server requires authentication) Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS) Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS) How do I check out from maillogs? Cheers

What OS does your server have and any control panel installed on it? What mail server are you using?

I have some bouncebacks finally today, after many hours of delay I got the following message from enquiries@domain.com.au Delivery Status Notification (Delay) details00...txt (0.2 KB), This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification. THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY. YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE. Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed. enquiries@domain.com.au

Manual Settings Mail Server Username: enquiries+evostudio.com.au Incoming Mail Server: mail.evostudio.com.au Outgoing Mail Server: mail.evostudio.com.au (server requires authentication) Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS) Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS) I think POP3 for incoming mail.

why don't you just tell us what your email is so we don't have to go through 5 pages of vague advice?

I checked and it looks like your provider godaddy is filtering your outside mail and causing the inteference 2007-12-12 03:59:56 1J29Oe-0007n2-Ee ** evomind@hotmail.com R=send_to_smart_host T=remote_smtp: SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data: host k2smtpout-v01.prod.mesa1.secureserver.net [64.202.189.86]: 554 Message refused. Is mails to your account not receiving from specific domains or all domains? Check for the entry of your domain.com.au inside the file /etc/localdomains.

I know why, its because the domain is not correct...and I need to do something on the Apache....

May I know how can I get access to the file /etc/localdomains?
