protected users page ?

| Hello
Is there any script can do the following :
1- register users by the admin .
2- provide each user with their own pages ? i mean every user will see a custom page contain data will not be shown by others .
3- every user have his own pages/password.
so , do you know or hear about any ready script can do the above stuff?
