You are not searching well since they have reviews just this year, which is also bad. But, if you are targeting cheap vps, go ahead. Also, I would separate my domain from hosting provider.

Hi mahmuod, I second what net mentioned. We have seen this many times again and again, when a VPS provider is also your DNS registrar and you decide to leave them they can make unlocking the domain very difficult. Unfortunately I cannot comment about contabo VPS since I am not at all familiar with their work, but if the reviews are bad at the moment then that's probably not a good sign. Remember - companies are made up of people - if management changed, or their good employees left, then the quality of support will go down. Just my 2 cents, thanks! Hahaha... Very nice. @ OP: If confusing then chose other host. Its not so hard to find new provider by browsing offer section of WHT. There is lot of Big/Small company.

They have won many awards for good reason. The recent criticism re blocking multiple !concurrent! smtp connections (spam prevention) is the only thing some users vent about from what I've seen. My time with them so far has been good (have two VPS with them, the smallest and the biggest), they are nearly 100% reliable (almost no downtime, every few months a few seconds/minutes), you get what is on the tin, everything is orderly, they react quickly and thoroughly. I do not use them for domain names, there I full-heartedly recommend name silo. Re one click installs, get yourself directly from Softaculous a vps license, and you'll be best equipped. All in all, and in particular re features/price they are the best I have been with ever (tried over half a dozen before and learned many details quickly), I did choose them over very well know ones, even over Linode and ServInt. If you are not sure, it is a safe bet to go with them, as they have KVM VPS, which is the best kind (much better than virtuozzo/OpenVZ). Last edited by cloud7; 09-26-2016 at 12:23 PM. Reason: error

Same situation as @cloud7 . Had been using for ~4 years with no downtime, reliable, great support when I needed it.

I had got a VPS from them for testing purposes almost 4 years ago when they were known as Giga-International. I rate my experience as satisfactory for the period I had services from them. Please keep in mind that no matter how much someone tries it is not possible to keep everyone happy. So you would find negative reviews about those providers even who have a reputation that they are one of the best.

When you host a lot of clients, it's virtually impossible to keep all of them happy. Unfortunately, the unhappy ones squeak the loudest, so you really have to take reviews with a grain of salt and look for trends.
