where can I get an Italian RDP/VPS dedicated IP? IP should have a good ip score (not black listed) and should not be shared.

What is purpose of having Italian IP ? What are your other specifications such as space/bandwidth/ price?
I think if you do some search for Italian companies you will find a few. I just recommend you get in touch with them and specify if they have office in Italy or have servers in Italy. That is not rare when company located in one place can offer hosting services from other.
