Looking for Windows VPS in Michigan

Hi,
I'm looking for Windows 2008R2 VPS (2GB RAM, 2 cores, 25GB HDD or SSD (preferably) or better) in Michigan (preferably in Detroit) for reasonable price ($50 month or lower). Or for VPS that supports custom ISO (Windows) installation.
I make some researches and can't find anything below $90\month with Windows.
Maybe someone can advise me hosting provider?

I'm need a Michigan area IP. Nothing criminal, but IP should be from this region. <>

I can't think of too many providers in Michigan off my head, but I know CoreNetworks are in East Lansing - http://corenetworks.net/ - their website seems to show everything out of stock. But might be worth hitting them up.
It's not typically a 'go-to' place for many VPS providers. You're more likely to find Chicago as an option to fit within a budget. But if you have a set requirement for the IP... then you'll have to just go with what you can find.

LiquidWeb is in Lansing, and is on of the best VPS hosts that exists.
FYI: Pretty much everything in Michigan is backhauled to Chicago anyway.
